    Yes. Workato is low-code/no-code — you build “recipes” visually with drag-and-drop triggers and actions, no coding to start. Foundations Level 1 is a beginner certificate; Ruby formulas come later on the developer track.

    Do I need programming experience to start learning Workato?

    Not to begin. Recipes, connectors, and data mapping are visual. Ruby formulas and custom actions matter only for advanced integrations later.

    What is the minimum qualification to enrol?

    Any graduate from any discipline. No IT degree needed to start building recipes — basic computer literacy and regular practice matter most.

    Which Workato certificate should a fresher target first?

    Workato Foundations Level 1 — the beginner certificate covering recipes, connectors, and core concepts via Workato Academy. (Automation Pro I/II/III were retired on 1 Nov 2025 and replaced by Foundations.)
