Five progressive stages from low-code and BPM foundations to enterprise Appian architect, with typical India (LPA) and USA (USD) salary ranges for 2026. Appian's developer ladder is Associate → Senior → Lead Developer — each USD 250, each requiring the one below it. The Appian Certified Analyst (USD 250, no prerequisite) is a parallel non-developer route, and Appian has no architect exam, so Stage 5 is an experience-based milestone.
